Should have everything next week. The adapter came today. Package also contains a single, hard plastic cable adapter for WW to Moza. Everything fits the grip perfectly. Seems quality. AB9 is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Will update tomorrow evening but I’m very optimistic. Sidenote- Nicely packaged with Moza branding.

Moza software listed multiple grips to select from (none of which was the WW F18. Only WW grip was the F16. If tried everything and then eventually broke a pin. Called it a night at that point. I decided to just order the moza grip.

I bought the same adapter and mine seems to fit, although the metal shell (silver part with bosses inside) seems to fit tight around where it plugs into the base. There's really no way to set it on there loosely and "feel" for the bosses to line up before pushing it down. You just have to eyeball it and hope you have it lined up I guess. Regarding function, I'm using the WW16 grip and I seem to get ghost inputs with random buttons (trim, DMS, etc.) while the MOZA software is open in the background. I don't get these with either WH grip I have. If I close the MOZA panel, the FFB still seems to work fine and the ghost inputs go away. It holds the preset I was using when I closed the software. This is my first FFB base. I love flying helicopters, so I gotta say this is a game-changer. One note: When I use force trim interrupt in the OH-58D(R), releasing the switch always returns the force gradient to physically center the cyclic (like a traditional joystick with springs), vs resetting the center of the gradient to where I left the cyclic. TBH, as a real KW guy, I always just turned the switch off and only used force trim when I was on the ground anyway, in which case I wanted a centered cyclic. Not so much in the other helos I flew. Trim stayed on and I always got a permanent impression on my flight glove from holding the switch down while moving the cyclic. I also like the force-sensing mode of the built-in Viper preset. Overall, happy with the AB9, but it's got some growing to do on the software side.

Only thing I needed to do was load my existing DCS lua file under the Moza base in game. As you stated- game changer. I was a Navy jet guy. Combining the buttkicker with the AB9 has really improved the realism. From the “clunk” of the gear dropping to the buffet as you approach stall speed. Feeling it throughout the rig and stick is next level. I am tweaking the Moza software profiles but it can be overwhelming for sure.
