*Question* How to create muti-type mixed file into .cdds file?

i need create a new KA-50 cockpit MOD, add TGA and BMP file will add into, could you guys tell me how to create muti-type mixed file into .cdds file? i've tried modman, ed's cdds tool, and all failed for me, any one detail me?
