lens Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 I turned on QV and XNRS and when I start looking behind me, the image is blurry and when I look at 6 the image freez on VR- the image on the monitor is still ok. Turning QV off fixed the problem, but I'm hoping to find a solution that works both?
sleighzy Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 Do you have the "eye-tracking" box ticked in the DCS settings (under the VR tab)? Numerous people have had issues with Necksafer and this. Untick that box if you do have it ticked, restart DCS, and try again. AMD 7800x3D, 4080Super, 64Gb DDR5 RAM, 4Tb NVMe M.2, Quest 2

For now I disabled QV and ET
Kirk66 Posted October 2, 2024 Posted October 2, 2024 Have both the QV and eye-tracking selected and XRNS locks up DCS now. Prior to this update I had QV and eye-tracking enabled and XRNS worked just fine. Quest Pro/4090 etc. If I don't run XRNS app, DCS works fine. I understand that with the latest update you have to have those options checked in DCS - in addition to enabling via QVFR app running in background and eye-tracking enabled for the headset. If so, this looks like a problem with the DCS build.
Tomcat388th Posted October 25, 2024 Posted October 25, 2024 (edited) I know this is an older post but I had the same problem with my Quest Pro. I un checked the eye tracking option but left the quadviews checked on the DCS config screen. Everything is working now quad views and XRnecksaver along with my xrtool kit settings. If you uncheck eye tracking I assume that this feature is not working? So in anoter way - you can have Eye Tracking or XRNS, can't do both? Edited October 28, 2024 by lens
Tomcat388th Posted October 28, 2024 Posted October 28, 2024 Yes both are working for me. If i had eye tracking checked and quad views in dcs . The view would lock up checking your 6. I dont know what the eye tracking option is supposed to work with but with it checked it broke xrneck. With it uncheckef everything works Ryzen7 5800X3D. 64 gb ram, 6950XT 16gb, Winwing Orion F18, MFG Crosswind Rudder, 42 inch lg tv, Quest PRO USN VF31 F14A AE2 1985-1989 CV 59 NAS Oceana IL ANG 183FW/170FS F16C Block 30 Big Mouth 1989-2006 Full time tech Retired E8
