terrible support. support requires proof of lens distortion (their defect). But does not explain how to do this. The helmet is terrible junk.

We kindly suggest that you initially reach out to your seller to inquire if they can offer you a free replacement lens. If this is not possible, you are welcome to contact us. In such a case, you would need to pay to purchase the lens. The price of the lens is set at 50 USD per piece, and the shipping fee is 15 USD. Therefore, the total cost amounts to 65 USD per piece.

Since the headset was not purchased from our authorized reseller, you will need to contact the reseller first. Once you do that, we can proceed with the next steps.

If the seller is one of our authorized resellers, we will able to provide further assistance (eg: in this case, the lenses will be free of charge) 

I’m also checking with the support team to see if we can schedule the replacement for you without charging the $50 fee.
