image freeze in quest 3 , please help.

iam having a nightmare, the game launches fine but when i get into a mission or training it doesn't matter what scenario, the image inside the quest 3 and the monitor will freeze but i can still hear the game running fine i can spool the engine's up and hear it working but image is frozen and there is nothing to un freeze it. this might happen after 2 mins or 30 mins. ive checked all my computer parts , ram is fine cpu is fine. dcs runs perfectly in 2d no problems at all and all other games seem to work aswell. ive re installed windows and dcs and the oculus software but it is still happening. I have used the latest nvidia driver and rolled back to the last one but no luck.  I don't use quad view or eye tracking and settings aren't on ultra. ive attached some logs but it dosent always give a crash log when it freezes.

If you're using a cable, try a different one. It might be on its last legs.

If you're using air link, check your router for conectivity issues.
