andyfoot Posted June 12, 2009 Posted June 12, 2009 A treat for fans of helicopters, a day of programs dedicated to helicopters on Discovery Turbo (UK) tomorrow. I've already seen most of them, the Aircraft Stories on Russian Helicopters has a few minutes on the Black Shark at the end of it (as I remember). There's also a World's Deadliest Aircraft on the A10 on Military History Channel today/tomorrow for any LOMAC fans. Lastly, as mentioned on another thread, is Channel "Five" starting a new series on Air Force Afghanistan today at 20:00.
bumfire Posted June 13, 2009 Posted June 13, 2009 That air force afghanistan that C5 showed tonight is an old program, they said it was new but I have seen it before, cant recall which channel I saw it on before but it was shown either last year or very early this year and it isnt the greatest of shows, more about daily life in khandahar than anything else.
