Can you do a VHF interplane check on the ground? The Gamblers campaign has a bunch of ground comms in it that don't seem to match up with what you would do in an actual jet. Maybe the F-16 is different, but if I recall, typically you would do a ground check on interplane (VHF here), followed by a push to ground for engine start. I haven't figured out how you would come up on interplane first, prior to engine start, if your interplane freq was on VHF.

I'm not tracking what you mean by interplane other than talking to the ground guy (crew chief) Technically all that needs to happen is turn hot mic on (in the real thing) DCS doesn't require that to talk to the crew chief. Also you can only use UHF prior to engine online
