Datalink fails if AWACS destroyed

Flying F-16s and F-18s we lost Datalink when our AWACS was shot down.
There was no fighter to fighter link of any kind, except when we get close to each other to 5 miles or less.

Check all TACANS and do not use TACANS that are not recommended or degraded. Especially A/A TACANS.
