Issue with Wingman Tracking in Campaign

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue in my DCS campaign (Operation Agile Spearwhere) I can no longer properly track my wingman, either on the HMDS or the TAD. I suspect that my settings for Group ID or Own ID might be configured incorrectly.

Could someone guide me on how to check and fix this?

Hello,\This will most likely not have anything to do with one of your settings as it probably is with one of the recent updates has changed something within the DCS Core game.

Which mission and at what point do you lose contact with wingman on your TAD?

I can confirm this issue for Missions 2 and 3 of the campaign. The wingman cannot be marked on the HMCS (the yellow line) or hooked on the TAD throughout the entire mission. I also tested a quick mission, and there were no problems there.

This leads me to believe that the issue might be related to a setting in the mission editor specific to these campaign missions.

Hello Everyone,

This condition does pop up from time to time so it's not a problem specific to a mission as it has to do with updates to the DCS core game. That is, if it worked previously) and it has up to this point) and now it doesn't (we haven't made any changes to mission aircraft Datalink settings - TN numbers) then this is a new development related to updates. Regardless, I'll have a look and see if I can do anything. Thank you.

Hello, I've just reviewed these missions and can confirm the TN #'s have been changed somehow. When or how I have no idea but I'll scrub all the missions to correct this problem. Thanks for letting me know @Seether1980.
