Attention ED team members

 

Just now have deactivated again, uninstalled from hard drive, rebooted computer, reinstalled and reactivated again, using the correct numbers generated by the deactivation process. Then tried runnuing the game from single player icon on desktop, and still get "LAUNCHER.exe has stopped working, windows will check for a solution....etc"

 

One thing I noticed, the screens in the activation/deactivation process don't look the same as in the manual, had to use protect.exe to do it, as "LAUNCHER.exe has stopped working, windows will check for a solution....etc" comes up when you try to launch from the icons, autorun/play etc and I don't get any hardware code numbers at all, just a message saying activation was successful, with a date etc

 

Tried running it with DCSMAX as suggested, got the "LAUNCHER.exe has stopped working, windows will check for a solution....etc" when you don't use a mission, but it starts in a window when you include a mission to fly.

 

Could one of the ED team PLEASE have a look at this and tell me what is going on here, preferably with a solution to resolve this issue.

 

Is there a contact link for starForce, as can't use the other activation method without hardware code.
