Frog-7 Mission 1 waypoint QoL

Hi folks

Please consider updating the "name" field of the target waypoint to "TGT" so that the F-4 picks it up as the target, and Jester calls it out, and the player knows when to pop up.

(Obviously this is a change we can make on the user end as the mission files aren't encrypted,  but I think it would be good to do anyway.)
