WinWing Display with red background color!

I just received my two displays and mounted them according to the instructions. After activating them, I immediately noticed that one of the displays has a red color effect on the background and it is noticeable even when the screen has a solid black background. What could be causing this?

Yes I tried different USB ports and I always get the same result. As soon as I turn on the PC the image is ok after a few seconds this red color effect appears. What do you mean by software display link?

Che schifo: hai provato diverse porte USB? Stesso equilibrio nel software DisplayLink/schermo Windows?

Update your displaylink drivers from https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads

Get the Displaylink manager app from https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9n09f8v8fs02?launch=true&mode=full&hl=en-gb&gl=gb&ocid=bingwebsearch

In the Displaylink Manager app you can change the brightness and contrast and maybe some other settings. Its worth trying.

Try swapping the cables between each monitor?

Then try Winwing's support system. Some people don't like them but I've found them helpful.

Yes cables exchanged, I followed your advice but nothing has changed for now... I hope it is not the faulty monitor. Tomorrow I will open a support ticket.

Hello, have you found the solution? Do you know what the problem is? Did you get an answer from WW technical support? I have them too, fortunately I don't have that problem, but I just want to know if it happens to me one day...
