2nd Kneeboard Tablet for Viper

Just realised I posted in the wrong section

I have noticed quite a few people are now using a mod I made for Openkneeboard to make a second kneeboard look like a tablet

Could we possibly get something similar implemented within the game? with scroll and zoom options to be used in conjunction with the existing kneeboard?
