Ursa Minor Fighter R - dry clutch and LED control

I've removed the springs and really cranked down the dry clutch, but the Y axis still seems to move a little (pulled down by gravity).  How hard can I crank the damper down?

 

Also, is there a way to set the LED base light on this thing to only light up when the stick is in the center of the X and Y axis?
