Pimax crystal light strange wave effect

Hi.

I have a problem with my primax, this applies in dcs and in primax home screen with primax original setup. If I move my head side to side or up and down it becomes like the image moves like a wave.. If I use thicker face form "Comfort kit" it gets worse, so the closer the lenses are to my eyes the less wave effect. Does anyone have the same issue? is there any way to fix this issue?

Thanks

Sounds like "Barrel distortion" Adjust height on the face. I have to put them uncomfortably high to avoid that. ..and chromatic aberration.
Adjust before you tighten.. In DCS menu, use top line to check. It should be straight..

Please submit a support ticket and report this issue to our technical support team. It's unclear whether the problem is related to the lenses or an improper wearing position.

Everything appears clear when you remain still, but waves or distortions occur with head movements?
