M04 cannot be launched from the carrier

Hi, 
I'm currently doing this campaign which, as a noob on DCS, I'm loving for how beginner-friendly it is. 

 

Currently, I'm blocked on mission 4, because I can't get launched from the carrier. I suppose it's because of the Deck Crew update from a few weeks ago..

 

With Deck Crew enbabled in the SuperCarrier options, I salute and the wheel chokes are removed, then I'm instructed to go forward, to stop and to wait for Crew Member 7. It doesn't get further than that. If I try to force and go on Cat 2 by myself, the crew doesn't react and I can't get attached to the catapult. Even by pressing 'U' with the launch bar down

With Deck Crew disabled, I roll to Cat 2, the mission objective changes to "Follow instructions and get airborne", but the crew doesn't react too... 

Did I do something wrong, or is the mission broken because of the update ?

I've just ran into the same problem.
My workaround was to wait at the position with "wait for Crew Member 7" until the JBD of Cat3 was down.
Then just continue and position yourself behind Cat4. Do not follow the plane directors until your there, they want to crash you into things.
Eventually the plane director on Cat4 will guide you in as usual and you can take off in time.

Have the same problem, the plane director is guiding me into nirvana and i can not take off in time.
