No permission to taxi on the Roosevelt

Dear DCS Team

With 4 multiplayer, it's impossible for any of the 4 of us to get taxiing authorization.
The first “salute” worked well, and the staff moved, but once the start-up was complete, the second “salute” had no effect, and the message “Awaiting requested crew member” was still displayed for all 4 players.
We had to disconnect one by one to be able to drive with only one player on deck at a time.
