About DF ballestic missiles mod made by Minge

Hi everyone, I want to ask how can I install the DF mod made by Minge, since once I download the zip file I got these bunch of jpg and other files, and I copy them and made a folder for them and install them in the saved games/DCS/mods/tech folder, but it does not work.
