brettt777 Posted January 14 Posted January 14 - Is there some key or command I need to do to make the radar stay where I put it? I go in the back seat and get the radar setup the way I want it for the pilot seat and as long as I stay in the back seat, the radar stays where I put it (PPI and 25 mile range). But as soon as I jump back into the pilot seat, within a couple seconds it jumps back to the B scope and 50 mile range. Why does it do this and how can I make it stay where I put it? - I have the Winwing MIP MFD's and UFC. This setup it great for some aircraft like the FA-18, F-16, F-15E, A-10, AV8B and AH-64. It will also do some single older displays aircraft like the F-5E and the MiG-21. Does anyone have an idea how other aircraft can be added to the Winwing SimAppPro list like the F-4E? I mean, if it will show the ancient MiG-21 radar display it ought to be able to do a Phantom radar. AMD Ryzen 9 5900X @ 4.4ghz, 64gb DDR4 @ 3200mhz, GeForce RTX-3060ti 8GB DDR6, Three KTC 32" QHD monitors @ 165hz, Rosewill 80plus Bronze 1000w, Corsair Hydro H100i, 2tb M.2 SSD for OS, Two 3tb HDD, 2tb SSD for DCS, P3D, Star Citizen, Sound Blaster Zx, Thermaltake Overseer RX-I, Winwing Orion 2 HOTAS F-15EX throttle and F-16EX stick, Winwing 3 MFD MIP with FA-18 UFC and F-16 ICP, TrackIR 5, Surround Speakers & Subwoofer, Oculus Quest 2 VR. :joystick::pilotfly:

This is likely because you are flying with Jester and he does not like someone messing around with his pit. If you prefer flying "solo", you can disable Jester (and also reenable him again later) through the Jester Wheel (Crew Contract > Presence). In case you do not want to disable Jester I would suggest you familiarize yourself with how to coordinate best with him and his Radar operation: https://f4.manuals.heatblur.se/jester/combat/radar.html 2
