LD Track and Damage Bug (File and Video attached)

Hello guys. I think it is a bug. I was flying on a server, fire 4 LD-10 and the missle hit directly a SA-8 OSA and nothing happend. Then the SA-15. Only 53% Damage. Next OSA get 32% damage. 

For testing i go to the mission editor and test that problem. 4 Missle on active SA-11 site. 2 Missle fly not on the site. 1 Missle kill the SA-11 Tel directly. The Second do nothing on the radar. 100% direct hit. On the end of the mission, you can see no damage.
