SOS DCS NOT OPEN, windows error 0xc0000142

Hi, how are you?
I haven't opened Dcs for about 6 months because of the delay in the fixes. I have Tobi track eye, which means that every time there's a game update I have to modify something for it to work.
Today I went to play Dcs and it didn't even open. An error message appeared with the famous "x" saying the application could not be initialized correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application. I tried the following fixes:
-Activated administrator mode for DCS (not solved)
-Removed all USB hardware from the PC, leaving only the keyboard and mouse (not solved)
- Command Prompt in administrator mode, command: sfc /scannow (no problems found, not solved)
- Run redist_x64.exe and VC_redist.x64.exe from /distr (not solved)
-Rename your “Saved Games/DCS…/Config/options.lua” file to “options.lua.bak (not solved)
-Browse to "C:/Users/username/AppData/Local/Temp", then delete any folder starting with “DCS”. (not solved)
-Run DCS cleanup and repair (choose the “slow” repair method). The repair found 2 unique Tobi Eye Track files, one in the dcs folder, and the other in the dcsMT folder, I asked it to keep them. (unresolved)
-My XPM configuration was at 2, I changed it to XPM1
-I have an Intel i914900kf without overclocking

Is there another way, can I send you a log file? Or if you need other information, just ask and I will send it.

ok , i try it and this do the game run.

Re-install the MS visualC++ runtime.
