EHSI & HOTAS WP Increment Issue

I have been experencing a problem, where I cannot increment a waypoint using the WP Inc bind, EHSI OSB keys or automatically (flying past) for waypoints created in the mission editor.

I can only increment using the UFC pad.

Waypoints created manually work normally.

With the EHSI in "DATA" mode I can use the OSB keys to cycle through the waypoints.

There is no difference in cold or hot start.
