There was a few updates: DCS, Windows, nVidia and Pimax play.
Didn't play DCS until today.
Now I have 47 to 50 fps allready in the menu!
My go-to test-mission is a stutterfest.
I had just successfully tuned my system, and had 90-120.
I was happy for like two weeks.
I don't have the stamina for this.
What is going on? Who did this?

Win 11 update is kind quite recently...

DCS update was at 2/19, but Nvidia had few releases recently.

How about AV?

Thank you.scommander.
I found the problem:
Pimax play update knocked the mbuccia quadviews, and rendered it inactive.
I updated his Quadviews companion, and re-installed the mbuccia quadviews.. "runtime?"
Problem solved.
