Can I turn off the blue circle

pimax does not remember room setting, and has a mind of its own. If I just put them down a second, they get all out of whack.
Luckily I can press "5" on my keyboard to get back in the cockpit again.
But then Pimax play insists on telling me where I should sit. Which is no longer in my chair.
And that blue circle intrudes in my gaming experience.
Can I turn it off?

Are you talking about chaperone mode? Turn that off under the device-> advanced page under passthrough.

Yes, I would think so to. But it is already off.

With "Active Chaperone" turned off, does the boundary still appear?

Updated Pimax software etc etc? Calvin is there a way to factory reset the HMDU or is there a config file that can be deleted?

 

Otherwise I’d go for a full uninstall (delete anything and everything Pimax related etc…) of Pimax play and do not do a room config, and if you haven’t then that’s on the Pimax software team to figure out.

No, I’d suggest performing a clean reinstallation of Pimax Play. Before reinstalling, please check these locations:

• C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\PimaxClient
• C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Pimax
• C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\pimaxclient-updater
• C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\PiPlatformService
• C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\PiTool

Yes.
And because I rest the headset on my table to the left when not in use, it appears (sliding out) to the right of where I sit when I put it on.
Does not care about my frequent calibrations.
I play DCS only, and of course I'm sitting down at the very same spot each time.
It should be easy for at least one of the numerous (more than eight) CPU processes connected to the CL's to properly take care of that.
Even if we have to use third party software to make 'em work.

@Calvin.Pimax I confirm that this now happened to me. PCL failed to initialize during this morning's startup. I had to unplug the display port and then reconnect. Upon doing so Pimax play defaulted to a setting that I had not used.  It went from 120hz to 90, went back to auto on the lighting frequency, and chaperone was enabled despite me never having done so. However unlike @Moxica, I was able to reset my settings to how I've had it before.

Any fixes?
Today, 45 minutes into a flight, out of nowhere, screen goes black "Controller not found! Press volume button.. etc..
And I had to calibrate room settings, just like I did one hour ago.
"Return to game" never show up. But I guess that's because DCS had quit.
This is very aggrevating. 
Can we see a priority fix?
A real fix?

-Not just one that caters for your creative payment model?
