Predator-78 Posted March 12 Posted March 12 I purchased a third WinWing DDI and connected it via USB to my PC. I have not noticed any problems, it is recognized on Windows and is regularly turned on. The problem occurs in the SimAppPro software which is not seen in the device section. I can only see the other two DDIs that I had previously installed. How can I solve it? Has it already happened to any of you? Thanks CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K 3.60 GHz - DDR4 64,0 GB - MSI RTX3080ti - Win 11 64bit
Invictus84 Posted March 12 Posted March 12 Does the new DDI show up in Windows Game Controllers? If so, I had the same problem but eventually SimAppPro recognized the device. Why? No idea. How many controllers do you have connected to your gaming PC? I have experienced problems relating to having too many controllers being connected to a Win11 PC (I never experienced these issues on Win10). 1
Predator-78 Posted March 12 Author Posted March 12 In the device panel it detects three monitors but only two MFDs (bezels)... CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K 3.60 GHz - DDR4 64,0 GB - MSI RTX3080ti - Win 11 64bit
rob10 Posted March 12 Posted March 12 Do you have them plugged into a USB hub? Is it powered? My 1st thought would be not enough power. Try swapping the bezel that not showing for one of the ones that is and see if it's working. That should rule out hardware (cable or physical device).
Dragon1-1 Posted March 12 Posted March 12 I've had a problem with SimAppPro not seeing a collective plugged into a port on an USB card. Only "native" mobo ports worked.
