So i got the normandy 2.0, and hopped into my beloved P-51 mustang.
its still the best thing i have ever flow in a sim. period.
i used all the tweaks available to get decent perf for vr, and was surprised how well it ran. albeit only me in a stang and 1 AI 109. more planes and ground assets, and i probs have to lower some GFX/hmd res...?
anyways. here is a video of the mission.

both planes had 200Kg fuel. the AI is veteran "only", for starters...

got this perf with optiscaler and quadviews FFR.
HMD is reverb G2 at 100% res (3172x3096) although fov cropped somewhat with ohnespeeds mod to openxr toolkit.

and i have a question regarding the optiscaler..
can it be used in MP? im using the registry "hack" to be able to use DLSS inputs for FSR.
It would be a shame if this great tool would be blocked by anticheat...

Anyway. its good to be flying again.
