DCS Bios rotary encoders

Hi. The rotary encoders for HSI Course and heading, ADI, Altitude pressure are trembling when rotating in one direction. I've bought new rotaries and changed but the problems remains. Does anyone knows how to fixe it? Thanks.

It could be electrical noise.  Try this:

The resistors shown dotted aren't necessary - DCS-BIOS turns on those in the Arduino.

It didn't worked. I'll try with a real arduino uno.
