external view unable to pan with mouse

If I choose F2  or  F6 I am unable to pan the view around with the mouse. It will pan if I use the keypad   Panning around works fine in my other modules.  I have done a short repair and a long one with the option to remove extra files

There is my mouse setting in the general section, and it should be applied to all modules:

Unless the F-14 polit/RIO has/have something conflict with the mouse settings.

I have the same settings.  I uninstalled the F14 and reinstalled it but still the same

I guess that there is no binding with MOUSE_X, MOUSE_Y, and MOUSE_Z in the F-14 Pilot/RIO binding.

Double Middle Click on the mouse toggles mouse panning on or off in external views. That doesn't work?

Mouse double click does not work only thing I have not tried is to rename saved games folder and let it rebuild.

I already did the slow repair plus delete extra files.

I made a backup of my saved games folder and let DCS rebuild it and it works now.
