Multiple command binding

Do you have any idea whether it is possible to assign multiple commands to the same button WITHOUT using modifiers?

On the Winwing Orion II base there is only one rotary ‘PANEL LTS’, and I would like it to control both ‘CONSOLES’ and ‘INST PNL’ knobs on the right console of the F/A-18 at the same time. Obviously if I assign the increment and decrement buttons to ‘CONSOLES’ and then reassign them to ‘INST PNL’ the first assignment is lost. Is there any way to achieve this?
