SA-5 (S-200) triggers RWR on launch (it should not do this)

Hello,

I am pleased to see some progress being made on SA-5 over the last two patches.

I would like to bring to your attention that SA-5 should not trigger RWR on missile launch, as the tracking station's emission remains constant upon launch, and the missile does not emit any signals.

The Engagement Manual explicitly states that B-880 (5В28) missiles, the ones that are in the game, do not emit when locked on target in order to conceal the launch. (Page 205)
