New DTC Issue in F18

Playing on both my own mission or playing on multiplayer server that I play on, I cannot SAVE when I change my DTC loadout.  There is no button for it.  Only a LOAD button.

I switch my rate to 3 chaff, 3 flares, .2 time, 3 times and it never gives me a save button.  How do I save it after changing the DTC.

oh, and I am on the Steam version if that makes a difference.
