Poor performance 2.9.15

Since the last update and hotfix the load times of mission files is very slow and often takes minutes whereas before it was seconds. 
 

1/3 times when closing down a mission from the mission editor or starting a mission in game and then stopping closing causes the system to CTD. 

 

Issue is resolved by reverting to 2.9.14.
