Soviet AI An-12

Hello dear friends of aviation,

I would like to suggest that we welcome a new AI aircraft on the Russian side and that ED takes care of this request.
We now have some maps where Russia is active in some form or strong in its old one, the USSR. But other than a small primary passenger aircraft and a larger Ilyushin transport aircraft, we don't have much on the red side. 
I therefore specifically suggest that the good old An-12 be introduced as a counterpart to the C-130. It was frequently used by the USSR in East Germany for transporting materials and personnel. In Afghanistan, for example, as a means of transportation for paratroopers and their jumps. The old lady is still in service with various nations today. 
Eagle Dynamics, I think it's time to give her some attention.
