Tripack Posted May 7 Posted May 7 (edited) Hello, I've noticed differences between the course and heading displayed on the flight plan and what is measured on the F10 map. In the example below: Start Point -> B1: Navplan: Course(T)= 286° - Heading (M) = 294° Map F10: Course(T)= 286° - Heading (M) = 280° B1 -> B2: Navplan: Course(T)= 077° - Heading (M) = 084° Map F10: Course(T)= 078° - Heading (M) = 071° B2 -> B3: Navplan: Course(T)= 355° - Heading (M) = 003° Map F10: Course(T)= 355° - Heading (M) = 359° The difference is between 6 and 7°. This corresponds to the magnetic declination, which is 6.7° on this part of the map. On the Syria map, the difference is between 4° and 5° , the magnetic declination is 5°. So there is a correlation with magnetic declination, which seems to be incorrectly taken into account. Thanks Tripack Edited September 18 by Tripack
