Dynamic slots coalition

so i have problem that everyone can choose everyplabe and even that i mak epressets for it blue/red

i was at blue and i could choose red template of mig-29s/a

so would it be posible to make a new cell where we could choose a coalition for the airplane so:
red can be choosenonly by red
blue only for blue
neutral could be choosen by everyone (red/blue)
