JohnMclane Posted Tuesday at 12:08 AM Posted Tuesday at 12:08 AM I'm trying to get a grasp on the loft bombing mode with Mk-82s and review runs with both tacview and DCS tracks. Problem is I can't even figure if I got the procedure right because on one hand, the DCS track shows my bombs dropping as soon as I press and hold trigger, while tacview actually shows the bombs lofting as they should after the pull up.
Solution Zabuzard Posted Tuesday at 06:53 AM Solution Posted Tuesday at 06:53 AM For the tracks to work you need to enter the bombing table details during the track again. Because their input is not captured by DCS tracks. If you do not do that, it is as if you never used the bombing table and hence your bombs drop immediately. You can for example press ESC during the track replay, then enter the details quickly and hit "tell jester" and then it will work. 1

Zabuzard Posted Wednesday at 05:37 AM Posted Wednesday at 05:37 AM Yeah... it is super unfortunate that DCS cant natively capture the UI interaction in the track.Hopefully the team can find a way to get it working in the future. 1
