Couladin Posted June 17 Posted June 17 Hey all, While there are a few other options for a afterburner detent for the TWCS throttle, none worked quite how I wanted, so I made my own design for 3d printing and decided to make it public. It's a pushthrough model, meaning you have increased resistance at the desired range, but can push through it to reach 100%. No magnets, no pulling with a finger, no nothing. And no assembly / dissassembly of the throttle to install it. It only takes 5 seconds to attach or detach. 3D model can be found here: TWCS Pushthrough Afterburner detent See the videos below for how it works: Example 1 Example 2 I'm using it for the F18 (file name 21 DCS F18) but I also uploaded a few different sizes, as well as a measuring guide on how you can choose the size if you want it for a different plane that has the afterburner at a different percentage of the throttle range. 1 Oh Eagle D whom we love, Hallowed be thy code Thy Warthogs come, Thy CAS be done On Land as it is in Sky Give us our patch And forgive our trolling. And we forgive those that troll against us Lead us not into whining But deliver us from bugs For thine is the engine, the performance, and the glory Rifle.
