Flight does not take off from carrier

I am trying to make a flight of 8 Corsairs take off from a carrier in the fiords of Norway to support the attack on the Tirpitz and so far is a mess, AI take off the first plane then the second one doesn't, or I take off first and two take off and two stay with wings folded and don't take off.

 

is there an easier way to do this? bug or I am missing something?
