Rolling counter animation still the same, but mentioned in the changelog

The last changelog has this:

"DISS-15 control panel rolling counter inaccurate animation and stencil placement - fixed."

but the counter still works the same as before.

The Mi-8 did receive this change, and it is listed correctly in the changelog.
