Linition Posted June 27 Posted June 27 Is there a way to offset this stick like you can with the TM version? I read it's supposed to be center-mounted so surely there must be a way?
Despayre Posted July 4 Posted July 4 I might not be the only one, but I'm not really sure what you're asking. Can you elaborate? I'm not updating this anymore. It's safe to assume I have all the stuff, and the stuff for the stuff too.

The real F-15 and F/A-18 sticks are offset by like 30° so that you can hold them without awkwardly twisting your wrist, since they are center-mounted. Winwing says their stick is meant to be center-mounted too but I don't see the offset and asking their CS they just said "go read the manual", which has no info on it.

I'm sure it's just me, but do you mean, rotated, or tilted? Because, yes, you can rotate them to anywhere you like by locking the collar at whatever spot you want it to be, but I don't think you can custom-tilt them, and looking at a picture of an F-15, I can only see a slight rotation. What do you mean by "custom tilt"? I have only tried it with my VKB Gladiator but it makes a difference. The manual says you are not supposed to twist the stick which makes sense to me if they are really using PS/2 connectors. Edited July 5 by Linition

It is a PS2 connector in there, and you can lower the handle to sit rotated slightly to the left or the right, then lock it in with the knurled cover so it doesn't move around. Once that's done, you definitely don't want to be rotating it any more, or you will rip the wiring inside (ugh, don't ask how I know that). 1 I'm not updating this anymore. I already ordered the pedals but they are on backorder, so I'm still twisting. Let's hope I get rid of that reflex easily enough.
