VR - Add sceneVR configuration

Hello Eagle Dynamics.

As a Vr pilot, every update I have to replace le sceneVR.lua because I want a black screen to free maximum amount of VRAM before flying especialy on big maps like Afghanistan or Syria.

Instead, Could you give an option in VR parameters to choose to activate of not the sceneVR and if activated, what aircraft we want to see ?
