Can't make purchases in DCS store

I am unable to buy anything in the DCS store. I get some error message 'server purchases not available' ?

It will allow me to download a Trial version if I supply my Google Auth Code.

I am logged into my DCS account and have DCS world loaded

What am I doing wrong ?
