I'm not sure if I'm correct but it seems that at slower rotational speeds the propeller's two phases are switched with the right and left eyes resulting cross-eyed feeling when looking at the turning prop. The effect is worse in external view but very noticable in the cockpit as well.

The othet issue as others mentioned is the overall dark image when sitting in the cockpit. With the Nevada instant action / free flight mission it makes the the dusk scenery pretty much dark while in the cockpit, when the external view is really much, much brighter. I know that the lighting algorithm of the DCS core is still pretty bad but this causes mostly overexposed interior views instead of underexposed. Increasing the gamma can help a little, but the contrast is very low.
