Connection Timed Out. Server Ping Timeout.

I've lost track of the settings and things I've tried to do.  My chatgpt bot has lost patience with me so I am kindly asking for any assistance this forum might be able to provide.

Crash happens about 1-2 minutes after loading in the contention server with the most likely time of crash right after take off.

System Specs

Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8 Core

64GB Ram

Geforce RTX 4090

Quest 3

Virtual Desktop 

PrismXR dedicated router for heaedset w/cpu on ethernet
