Agana Field, Guam - Taxi Routeing

South of the strip - A/C are directed back to the South parameter taxiway and the end of the takeoff queue.

North of the strip - A/C are directed down the strip, into the takeoff queue, causing a bottleneck jam and usually stoppage.

A similar routeing back to the North parameter taxiway and the end of the takeoff queue would solve the issue.
