Is this module based on the Anubis mod?

Is this new module based on the Super Hercules mod by Anubis which was released a few years ago, or is this an entirely new module from scratch?

Based on Enigma's interview it was originally based on C130 mod but after 2 months of development it was all scraped and started all over again from sratch.
