how can i change the sounds when you press the ICP buttons

hi, does anyone know how to customize or change the ICP button presses. 

when in VR i cannot hear when i press the buttons with VR hands on.  So i would like to create a beep or different tone.

i've looked at some of the mods, and can't figure out how or where.

 

any ideas?
