Where are the FOBs after the August update (Full Map)

I can't seem to find the new FOBs that were added in the recent update. I see in the changelog that they are listed under the East Afghanistan map, does this mean they have not been added to the full map yet? I also thought I read on a forum that they were marked with green triangles on the F10 and Mission editor map. However, I don't see anything on the ALT, MAP, and SAT views. Is there something I am missing?

You have to zoom in quite a bit in ALT mode. The green triangles are super small.
