ME triggers for F10 mark

Hello everyone, I would like to propose the possibility to give units (ground and naval only) the capability to create F10 marks using sensors (radar, optical or passive) and troops upon LOS only for enemy ground or naval units.

This will allow editors not to use scripting for marks on the map.

For example in the trigger list: Once -> unit xxxx detects enemy -> create f10 mark
