Peirs for ships or tugboats

So anyway if it might be difficult to make peers of the ships can maneuver too 

 

Maybe we can make tugboats so they can pull up the ships and attach to them and then pull them out to sea 

Maybe some functionality can be made for that 

 

That would be super awesome
